Read The Nicene Creed (325 AD)
The Council of Nicea 325 AD
The Nicene Creed is a statement of belief widely used in Christian liturgy. It is called Nicene because it was originally adopted in the city of Nicaea (present day İznik, Turkey) by the First Council of Nicaea in 325. There were 318 bishops from across the then Christian world, which included; Syria, Armenia, Egypt, Israel, the Mediterranean & from Rome, who are traditionally believed to have took part in the First Council of Nicaea.
Below is a English translation of The Nicene Creed
325 AD
We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, one in Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered, died, and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in fulfillment of the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son he is worshipped and glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come. Amen.
The Nicene Creed is An African Creed
Contrary to popular belief this creed, known to history as the Nicene Creed, has nothing to with Emperor Constantine, Rome Catholic’s or western Christianity, none of who or which had anything at all to do with the content of this creed or even the calling of this Council, other than as hosts, participants and custodians. This creed, we claim as totally African Egyptian in origin, created by Africans to counter other African’s, who had begun to deviate or object to the nature of the divinity of Yahshuah. Namely Papias (Pope) Alexander the 19th Patriarch on the See of St Mark of Alexandria Egypt and All Africa, along with his Egyptian, Bishops and Priest who were actually responsible for drafting and writing this Creed, to counter the challenge by Arian another African Egyptian who, was teaching that Yahshuah was not exactly One with the Father, but of a different nature.
Therefore it should be fully understood that although this creed and principle of faith, was accepted by over 300 Bishops at the time, from across the Christian world, who had attended this Council. It should be noted that this meeting was called for by African Egyptian Christians, to settle a debate that was raging in Egypt, between other African Egyptians Christians.
The victor Proto-Orthodox Alexander Patriarch of Egypt, alongside Bishop Athanasius, latter to become the 20 Patriarch, were therefore responsible for formulating or presenting this Creed at the Council, a doctrine no doubt already adhered to by themselves and their followers back home, prior to this meeting. It is therefore obvious that Alexander & Athanasius must have been defending their faith against Arian doctrine and was simply presented their case at the council, for consideration by the convened international Bishops. Their case was accepted by the majority and laid the foundation upon which the basis and formulation of the Creed was written. This African Egyptian Creed, has since been adopted by the majority of Christian’s, in all ages since including the present. However unbeknown to most this Creed was originally formulated and written specifically for and by African Egyptians and was subsequently adopted by others after this council.
This fact therefore also means that the concept of the Trinity and ideology that supports this doctrine, is also totally and utterly African Egyptian in origin, an indisputable fact.
This Creed, the Nicene Creed, therefore has nothing to do with western Christianity, but is purely African. This is also further proven conclusively, once we understand that this concept and creed, can be traced back and has its roots and origins in Africa for at least 4000 years before this council even took place.
